How do I order a book?
Browse the shelf, click a book you like, then hit "Buy now" or "Order this book." Fill out the form with your name and address, pay via bank transfer, and send us your receipt on Instagram. We'll confirm and ship it out!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers via BPI. After placing your order, you'll see our payment details. Send the payment and screenshot of your receipt to @thebookvaultph on Instagram to confirm.
How much is shipping?
Free delivery within San Carlos City! For other areas, shipping is via J&T or LBC. We'll send you a quote based on your location after you place your order.
What condition are the books in?
Most of our books are Like New or in Very Good condition. Each listing shows the book's condition. If you want photos of a specific book before ordering, just DM us!
Can I return or exchange a book?
Since all our books are handpicked and inspected before shipping, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if the book arrives damaged, send us a photo within 24 hours and we'll work something out.
